				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In this conversation with Marin&#8217;s long-serving District Attorney, <strong>Ed Berberian</strong> talks about his office, and the high rates of domestic violence in the County.  Our main focus is on his controversial handling of a Corte Madera road rage case involving <strong>Dr. James Simon</strong> and <strong>William Osenton</strong>.  The grand jury indictment of <strong>Simon</strong> was dismissed due to &#8220;substantial prejudice&#8221;, after initial charges were dismissed over insufficient evidence.  <strong>Berberian</strong> explains in detail his decisions in this case.</p>
